Meet these Bike Works Superheroes

Menu

Eleven wine, Flying Bike beer, and passed hors d’oeuvres to start.

First course:
Artisan Rolls from Macrina Bakery with sweet cream butter.
Lolla rossa and oak leaf salad with black olive praline, roasted tomatoes, and rosemary-verjus vinaigrette (vegan, gluten-free).

Choice of entrée:
Grilled chicken breast, Tinkerbelle peperonata, chimichurri, and whole roasted garlic with roasted garlic mashed potatoes and parmesan roasted green beans (gluten-free).

OR

Chickpea fritter with mushroom coconut milk ragout, confit tomatoes, toasted pepitas gremolata and roasted green beans (vegan, gluten-free).

Served with a selection of coffee, tea, and La Croix sparkling waters.



Getting There


Location

Bikecitement! is Sunday, March 25, 2018 5-9pm at the Fisher Pavilion at the Seattle Center. There will be complimentary bicycle valet right in front of the Fisher Pavilion. Public or garage automobile parking is available.


Theme

This year’s theme is Celebrating the Superhero Within us All! That means come dressed up as your inner superhero: capes, masks, or whatever that means to you! As always, there will be a photo booth so don’t be shy about dressing up to the max or coordinating with your entire table – Friends of Bike Works, assemble!
