Churrasco Tofu Wands (Gluten Free, Vegan)

Firm tofu marinated in herbs, garlic, lemon juice and spices. Drizzled with churrasco salsa. A grilled chicken version will also be served.

Savory Gnom Gnom Gnome Bread (Vegan)

Sweet potato spread, shaved Brussels sprouts, and crispy shallots. Topped with toasted pepitas and fresh cilantro.

Draper Valley chicken thighs rubbed with crushed loose chai tea, salt and pepper. Seared and served with saffron-coconut rice, fresh green beans, cilantro, and lime.

Saffron-Coconut Crystal Ball with Indian Ratatouille (Gluten Free, Vegan)

Saffron infused coconut rice filled with Indian spiced seasonal vegetable ratatouille with raisins, black lentils, fresh green beans. Garnished with cilantro.
