Bike Works is hosting BambuHub for a 3-day bamboo bike workshop this summer July 28-30 with John Climaco, an experienced bamboo craftsman. John has collaborated with the renowned Craig Calfee and has been building bamboo bikes for the past 10 years in the US and the Philippines.
Bamboo is a sustainable, high performance material, that also makes for beautiful, one of a kind frames.
The small workshop is $650 and includes 3 full days of bike building, breakfast, lunch and camaraderie. With a max of 5 students per workshop, these classes fill up quickly.
