Adult Bike Repair Classes
Our Adult Programs offer the same fun, friendly, and accessible high-quality bike education as our Youth Programs and are open to people 18 years old to 80+ years old! You can pay the full registration price or we offer reduced class prices for our adult classes in return for volunteer service. The volunteer work trade model is a way for us to give back to our volunteers and to invite our students to participate in our volunteer community.
Registration opens one month before the class begins. If you don’t see the class you want, then please check back later! Scroll down to register.
Bike Repair 101
Are you interested in learning some bike repair skills and gaining the knowledge to keep yourself rolling on your own ride?
In these classes, you will learn how to fix flats, overhaul bearing systems, and adjust gears & brakes. After you build your wrenching skills, bring your bike to our Open Shop community repair space to give your bike the tune-up it deserves, or attend our Volunteer Repair Parties to help Bike Works as a volunteer mechanic wrenching on bikes we donate back out into the community.
