FAQ
Q. What 5 simple things can I do to build sustainable communities, educate youth, and promote bicycling?
A. Be the change
- Replace one car trip per week with a self-propelled bicycle trip. You can do it!
- Put air in your tires and lubricate your chain. A smooth running bicycle is safer and more fun.
- Join your local, regional, or state bicycle advocacy organization and volunteer whenever possible. They make it all happen and it's less expensive than 2 parking tickets!
- Ask your boss to adopt some bike-friendly policies at your place of work such as installing a bike rack and providing a shower.
- Make your vote count by considering bicycle transportation and urban planning issues when you choose your political representation. Those people work for you, you are the boss!
Q. How do I sign-up for your Earn-A-Bike class?
A. You can enroll in our EAB class by returning a class registration form prior to the deadline for enrollment. Classes are held three times throughout the year, once a week for eight weeks. Registration forms can be found either in our bike shop or in your mail box by signing on to our mailing-list.
